Chris & Kellie Haley have served together in ministry for over a decade. Chris stepped into ministry at 19 and has spent the past 13 years pastoring, preaching, discipling, and building the local church. Kellie has served in ministry for 12 years and led in various roles for the past 6. Together, they’ve led youth, discipled young adults, and walked with people through healing as nationally certified biblical counselors through the Association of Biblical Counselors.

After years of building community and deep roots in Salem Oregon, they began sensing a call to South Salem, a fresh assignment to plant a church that reaches the overlooked, the unchurched, and those longing for more.

The Haleys believe the Church should be a place where people can belong before they believe, wrestle with real questions, and experience the transforming love of Jesus. Their heart is to build a church where identity is restored, relationships are deep, and the Holy Spirit moves in power.

The Salem Project is launching in Fall of 2026.
