Tim & Vanessa have served together in ministry for 20+ years. They successfully established a new church in the urban core of Sacramento, CA, and led that church for 10 years before transitioning leadership to its new Lead Pastors. While remotely attending Western Seminary from California they began to fall in love with the city of Portland, and once again sensed a calling to move their family and establish a new community in the city

The Coburns, as a family on mission, strongly believe God has sent them into the world to be a light of God’s goodness and to offer the love, hope and joy that can only be found in Jesus.

They have a vision to establish a church where society, faith and life intersect. Their hearts are to create a space for people to explore faith. A place to connect in deep meaningful relationships with God and others. A community becoming a formed and sent people who are full of the Spirit and the self-giving love of Christ.

The Coburns have begun building a core team and will soon be starting dinner and prayer gatherings. They have plans to begin weekly gatherings in the Fall of 2025
