Evergreen Church Planter Assessment

Evergreen’s Church Planter Assessment is a multi-step evaluation process designed to discern an individual’s or couple’s readiness and fit for church planting. It begins with a Pre-Assessment phase in which the candidates complete a detailed four-part questionnaire covering personal history, ministry journey, marriage, and finances, along with several self-assessments, followed by an interview with a psychologist. After the Pre-Assessment is completed, candidates may be invited to a four-day Assessment Event, where experienced leaders evaluate their competencies in real time and provide feedback and a formal recommendation for next steps in their church planting journey.
